HFMD Study: Update
Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) is back in the spotlight in the medical world. The research we conducted, there were 15 participants in Medan and this research is still ongoing to explore the characteristics of HFMD. This research is expected to provide new insights to reduce the spread of diseases that are common in the community, especially children. With a limited number of participants, the results of this study cannot be generalized. However, the initial findings are an important basis for larger research. The research team is still processing the research by involving more participants and conducting an in-depth analysis of the virus that causes HFMD. This research is expected to produce more effective prevention guidelines, especially in the children’s environment.
