First Training Site of COPCOV Medan

The Medan site will start doing studies related to COPCOV. Teams from Bunda Thamrin Hospital Medan and Murni Teguh Hospital will undertake this study. On June 23, 2021, they held their initial training at each location. The training was attended by all core time, hospital staff and EOCRU. The training ran online for 3 days until June 25 2023. MORU and EOCRU launched the training on the first day.

They explained the latest protocol update, research flow, informed consent process, and filled out the CRF for the hospital doctor team. The training on the second day focused more on collecting and processing samples specifically for each hospital’s analysis team.

On the third day, the training focused on simulating EPRO and MACRO applications with in context of collecting CRF information which is carried out online. It is expected that with this training, the case study would go smoothly and according to planned.
